Welcome to RosenbergCph. You may find it useful to read through the terms and conditions here before placing an order.
Purchase agreements in the webshop are concluded in Danish or English. If there are errors in the information on the website, so that your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The following payment solutions can be used:

All prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT.
Coupon Codes
Please note that you can only use one coupon code per order. For example: it is not possible to use both the newsletter's 10% discount code and a sale code on the same order. You must choose which code you want to use.

Delivery Options:
Packages are sent with either GLS, DAO or Postnord.
When you check out in the webshop, if you wish to have delivery to a parcel shop, you can write your preferred shipping company and parcel shop in the note field. If you do not specify anything at checkout, the pickup location will be chosen as close to your delivery address as possible.
Delivery time from dispatch:
Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
To Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Hungary, Austria: 1-6 business days
Production time:
Please note that since most products in the collection are sewn to order, production time will be added before your order is shipped. Information about production time is shown in the shop on the product pages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, and in any original packaging.
Once your return order has been received and processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How to return:
- write an e-mail to info@rosenbergcph.dk or use the form on the contact page.
- Pack the items you wish to return, in original and unused condition and in any original packaging.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels on the package
- Print and visibly attach the new label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at a parcel shop.
- Remember to get a receipt - it is your proof that the package has been returned.

Please note that only unused items in original packaging will be accepted for exchange and refund. If an item has been used, is damaged, or lacks essential packaging, it is not immediately possible to return or exchange it.
If your return order is unused, we offer a full refund for the purchased items, but the costs of shipping and returning your purchase are not refunded. Please save a copy of your return shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Uncollected packages
Please note that if your order is returned because you do not collect your order from the parcel shop within the deadline (usually 5 days from arrival at the parcel shop), this does not count as a cancellation of your order. You must provide notice before your purchase can be refunded. For refunds of orders returned without notice due to non-collection, 150 DKK will be charged to cover handling and return shipping, which will be deducted from your order.
Refund:
When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name and address. Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of your returned order, but due to technical issues concerning banks and card issuers, the refund process may take up to 30 days.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card used for the payment.
COMPLAINTS
You have a two-year right to complain. However, complaints must be made as soon as the defect is discovered, and defects and deficiencies must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use or other damaging actions.
If you believe there are errors or defects in the item you have purchased, please first send an email with a description and photos of the defect.
Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired or exchanged, or the purchase price refunded in full or in part.
In all cases, the item must be returned to the address above. If the complaint is justified, shipping costs associated with the return will be refunded upon presentation of a receipt. You cannot send complaints via cash on delivery.

Rosenbergcph / Anne Rosenberg is the data controller for rosenbergcph.dk
When you shop here, you must provide:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is stored by RosenbergCph for a maximum of five years, after which it is deleted. In accordance with the Personal Data Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to know what information about you is stored and to have it deleted upon your request. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any inquiries regarding deletion or what information we have stored about you should be directed to info@rosenbergcph.dk.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
