Purchase agreements in the webshop are made in Danish or English. If there are errors in the information on the website and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
PAYMENT, PRICES & VAT
The following payment solutions can be used:
Visa (including Visa/Dankort), MobilePay, Mastercard, Klarna, Applepay
All prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT.
Coupon codes
Please note that you can only use one coupon code per order. For example: it is not possible to use both the newsletter's 10% discount code and a sales code on the same order. You must choose which code you want to use.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Shipping costs:
Free shipping in Denmark for purchases over 900 DKK
- DK Delivery to parcel shop 39 DKK
- DK Home delivery 59 DKK
Delivery options:
Packages are sent with either GLS, DAO or Postnord.
When you check out in the webshop, if you want delivery to a parcel shop, you can write your preferred shipping company and parcel shop in the notes field. If you do not specify anything at checkout, the pick-up location closest to your delivery address will be chosen.
Delivery time from dispatch:
Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Production time:
Please note that since most products in the collection are sewn to order, there will be a production time before your order is dispatched. Information about production time is shown in the shop on the product pages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. You must pay for return shipping yourself.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, and in any original packaging.
Once your return order has been received and processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How to return:
- Log in to your customer account and request a return. Enter your email address in the "Email" field, then click "Continue". Open the email sent from our store in your email account, where you will receive a six-digit verification code. You will need this code in the webshop to log in and view your order. Once logged in, click "Request Return" for the order you wish to return. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return. Choose a return reason and add a note to the store. Click "Request Return". If your return request is approved, proceed with the points below.
- Pack the items you wish to return, in original and unused condition and in any original packaging.
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels on the package
- Print and attach the new label visibly on the outside of the package. (you must pay for return shipping yourself)
- Drop off the package at a parcel shop.
- Remember to get a receipt – it is your proof that the package has been returned.
- Once the product is returned and approved, you will receive a refund.

Please note that only unused items in original packaging will be accepted for exchange and refund. If an item has been used, is damaged, or lacks essential packaging, it is not immediately possible to return or exchange it.
If your return order is unused, we offer a full refund on the purchased items, but the cost of shipping and returning your purchase is not refunded. Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Uncollected packages
Please note that if your order is returned because you did not pick it up at the parcel shop within the deadline (normally 5 days from arrival at the parcel shop), this does not count as a cancellation of your order. You must notify us before your purchase can be refunded. For refunds of orders returned unannounced due to non-collection, 150 DKK will be charged to cover handling and return shipping, which will be deducted from your order.
Refund:
When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name and address. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of your return order, but due to technical issues with banks and card issuers, the refund process may take up to 30 days.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment.
COMPLAINTS
You have a two-year right to complain. However, complaints must be made as soon as the defect is discovered, and defects must not have arisen as a result of improper use or other damage-causing actions.
If you believe there are defects or deficiencies in the item you have purchased, please first send an email with a description and photos of the defect.
Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired or exchanged, or receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
In all cases, the item must be returned to the address above. If the complaint is justified, shipping costs related to the return will be refunded upon presentation of a receipt. You cannot send complaints cash on delivery.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is stored by RosenbergCph for a maximum of five years, after which it is deleted. In accordance with the Personal Data Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to know what information about you is stored and to have it deleted upon your request. This does not include data we are obligated to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any inquiries regarding deletion or what information about you we have stored should be directed to info@rosenbergcph.dk.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies exclusively process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
