What can be repaired
At the studio in Sankt Hans Gade, we primarily repair our own designs. This can include seams that have come undone, reattaching ties that have fallen off duvet covers, hooks that have come off, and more.
By having your product repaired instead of buying new or disposing of it, you help reduce overconsumption and preserve resources.
Please note!
Only clean items can be repaired. If you send unclean/unwashed products, they will be returned at your expense.

Before purchasing a repair:
1. Assessment of task and price estimate:
Send an e-mail to info@rosenbergcph.dk with photos and a detailed description of what you want repaired. Some damages may not be repairable.
One repair unit costs DKK 50, and along with the reply to your e-mail inquiry, you will be informed how many units your repair requires. The units are only purchased on this page afterwards.
For example, sewing on new woven ties or ties that have fallen off a duvet cover costs 1 unit. (a duvet cover has three sets of ties at the foot end).
If the sewn ties in printed fabric have fallen off and are lost, so new ties need to be sewn, one set of ties (2 pcs) including sewing costs 1 unit.

Once you have received a reply to your repair inquiry, you are ready to purchase the repair below. Select the number of repair units you have been informed about.
3. Send or deliver the product:
You can then either send the product or deliver it in person to the studio. Personal delivery day and time must always be arranged in advance via e-mail.
4. Pick up or receive finished repair:
When the repair is finished, you can either pick it up in person at the studio by appointment, or have it sent for a shipping fee of DKK 39 to a parcel shop, or DKK 59 for home delivery.

Please note:
Before purchasing units, please send an email to info@rosenbergcph.dk with photos and a detailed description of what you want repaired.
You will then receive an email with a response as to whether your repair can be completed and information on how many units you need to purchase for the repair.
Only then should you purchase units.
