Ocean steps - unique wall hanging

The Ocean Steps wall hanging is a unique textile work by Anne Rosenberg.

The quilt is made from fabric scraps from the sewing room in the Ocean pattern and light yellow and cream colored 100% pure linen.

The wall hanging is hand quilted in stripes along the patchwork and along the Ocean waves. The edging of the rug is in linen and is hand sewn to the back of the rug.

The quilt has an embroidered signature and year on the back.

The ocean pattern used in the blanket was designed by Anne Rosenberg and is printed on organic cotton poplin in Germany.

The back of the wall hanging is 100% light yellow linen – the border is cream-colored linen along the sides and light yellow linen at the ends.
The filling is 100% cotton.

The quilt has four hidden loops on the back at the top and bottom for hanging. A 13 mm pine round rod is included, and the blanket can be mounted to the wall with a single nail or screw depending on the wall type.
