Before purchasing units, please send an email to info@rosenbergcph.dk with photos and a detailed description of what you want repaired.
You will then receive an email with a response as to whether your repair can be completed and information on how many units you need to purchase for the repair.
Only then should you purchase units.

For purchases under DKK 900, the price is:
- DK Home Delivery: DKK 59
- DK Parcel Shop Delivery: DKK 39:
Do you want to choose your own parcel shop? Write the name in the "Special instructions" field in the cart before payment. Otherwise, we will assess the nearest parcel shop based on your address.
Delivery time
Dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless the item is made to order. See any production time above.
From dispatch, the transport time is expected to be:
- Within Denmark: 1-3 business days
Returns
You can return one or more items from your order within 14 days of delivery. Always notify us by email before returning your order.
Please note that if an item has been used or is damaged, it is not immediately possible to return or exchange it.
