TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS ABOVE 400 DKK
We offer free delivery worldwide on orders above 400 DKK no matter the size of your order and almost no matter where in the world you live. (Due to new VAT rules we unfortunately cannot deliver to Norway and United Kingdom). For orders below 400 DKK delivery fee is 49 DKK and will be added during check out. Please provide a phone number during checkout – it is needed for delivery information from the shipping agent.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We ship within 1-3 business days.
From shipping, expect transit time to be:
Within Denmark: 1-3 business days
To EU countries: 1-6 business days
The World outside The European Union: 5-10 business days
GLS and Postnord handles all shipments.
Orders delivered in Denmark are as default sent with as collect shipments, meaning you have to collect your order at a parcel shop. If you want home delivery please choose this option during checkout. Please let us know if you want us to send to a preferred parcel shop from GLS and Postnord.
If you do not have a preferred parcel shop or box – we will pick one as close to the shipping address as possible.
We do our best to make sure that shipments reach their destination on time, but delays can happen due to factors outside of our control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items from your order within 14 days from delivery.
Please always notify us in an email before you return your order. Please note that if you do not pick up your order at the parcel shop within the time limit (usually 10 days from arrival at the parcel store) it will not count as a cancel of your order. We need to hear from you before we can refund your order. When refunding orders returned un-notified because of non-pick up, we will charge you 100 DKK to cover handling and return shipping, which will be deducted from your order when we refund your payment. But again please note that we will only refund your order when we have received your confirmation of return for refund by e-mail.

Please note that only unused items in original packaging are accepted for exchange and refund. If an item has been in use or if the packaging is damaged or missing, a return or exchange is not immediately possible.
If your return order is unused, we offer a full refund on the items bought, but costs for returning your purchase are not refunded. Please keep a copy of your return-shipping receipt. We are not liable for packages lost in return shipping.

When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name and address. Refunds are transferred immediately on receiving your return order, but because of technicalities relating to banks and card issuers outside of our control, completion of the refund can take up to 30 days. Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment. If you live outside the EU, please contact your local customs to get any paid VAT, taxes or duty refunded.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, Visa,Visa electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Your payment will be withdrawn from your account when we ship your order. If you are located in Denmark you might want to pay with MobilePay.
PRICES & VAT
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner. For orders delivered to EU countries prices shown includes 25 % Danish VAT. For orders delivered outside EU prices shown does not include Danish VAT (VAT is not deducted from the price you see in the shop.), and may be charged local import taxes in your home country.
RosenbergCph cannot be held responsible for currency changes or currency exchange fees your bank may charge when exchanging other currencies to Danish Kroner.
Please note that you can only use one coupon code per order. For example: it is not possible to both use the newsletter discount code on 10% and a sale code on the same order. You will have to choose which code to use.
ERRORS OR DEFECTS
You can make a complaint of defects and faults in a product within 24 months after the purchase. Complaint, though, should be given as soon as you become aware of the defect, and does not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
In connection with defects and faults please as a start, send us an email explaining what is wrong with the product. Depending on the situation we will offer to repair the item, exchange it, or offer a full or partial refund. Please be aware that we will always need you to return the product for inspection to the address below. If the complaints are entitled we will refund your shipping costs if you send us the receipt. We do not accept returned items sent as cash on delivery.
