Before buying a return label below you need to contact us by email and explain what and why (return, exchange, refund, error) you wish to send back to us.

You can buy a return label here to destinations in Denmark by GLS at 49 DKK and for Sweden, Finland, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands & France by UPS at 149 DKK. In both cases you need to deliver the package at a Service Point (pakkeshop) of the respective shipping company (GLS / UPS)
We will send you a pdf return label by email for you to print out and attach to your return shipment.

Please note that we use the delivery address, phone number and e-mail from your original order as “sender” address when we make the return label – so please use this address again when ordering the return shipping label. This is especially important if you are returning for a refund.
